The rules, guidelines, and agreements governing our software engineering partnership and digital service delivery.
Agreement Sections
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Code Innovatica for software development, consultancy, or digital services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement governs the creation and maintenance of all products in our ecosystem, including Call4ride, Findstel, Vision Home Health, WorkNShop, and Crypto Empire.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our services and terminate any active project discussions immediately.
2. Engineering Services
We provide high-end technical solutions. Our commitment includes:
- Agile Development: Iterative coding with regular client updates.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorous testing for security and performance.
- Deployment: Final migration to production environments.
3. Payment & Milestones
To ensure project continuity and resource allocation, we utilize a milestone-based payment structure:
- Commencement: A non-refundable deposit (starting from $300 for web / $500 for apps) is required to begin architecture design.
- Iterative Payments: Payments are triggered upon the completion of agreed-upon phases (e.g., UI/UX sign-off, API integration).
- Delivery: Full source code and server access are granted only upon 100% settlement of the project balance.
4. Intellectual Property
Work for Hire: Upon final payment, the Client owns the specific custom code and assets developed for their project.
Innovatica Core: Code Innovatica retains rights to all pre-existing frameworks, proprietary algorithms, and "Base Components" used across our platforms to ensure system stability and scalability.
5. Hosting & Domains
For clients utilizing our Hosting bundle:
Domain Ownership
The domain is registered in the client's name, with Code Innovatica acting as technical admin.
Uptime Guarantee
We leverage high-performance servers but are not liable for third-party hosting outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Code Innovatica be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the developed software, even if we have been notified of such possibilities.
